Here’s the framework I use with my startup clients to stay focused:

  1. Choose 3 Strategic Goals (No More Than 3)
    These goals should be big needle movers, not just tasks. Examples include:
    ✔️ Offer Optimization: Can you make your offer more valuable with less complexity?
    ✔️ Pricing Optimization: Can you bundle or create upsells to increase revenue per customer?
    ✔️ PR and Visibility: Get featured in gift guides, collaborate with partners, or secure podcast interviews.
    ✔️ Systems and Delegation: Build SOPs and find the right team members.
    ✔️ Backend and Fulfillment: Streamline delivery processes to improve customer experience.

  2. Set Good/Better/Best Goals
    Avoid overwhelm by creating tiers for each goal. For instance:

    • Good: Optimize pricing to increase upsells by 15%.

    • Better: Achieve a 25% increase in upsells.

    • Best: Boost upsells by 30%.

  3. Make SMART Goals
    Ensure your goals are:

    • Specific

    • Measurable

    • Achievable

    • Relevant

    • Time-based
